    1. Heat treatment process

    The heat treatment process of 5A06 aluminum rod mainly includes homogenization annealing, solution treatment and aging treatment, which can significantly improve its mechanical properties and microstructure:

    • Homogenization annealing: Heat the aluminum alloy ingot to 380-400℃, keep it for 10-15 hours and then air cool it, which helps to eliminate casting defects and homogenize the alloy composition.

    • The extrusion temperature is usually 400-450℃, the extrusion shaft speed is 0.5-2 mm/s, and the extrusion coefficient is generally 8-17.
    • The extruded aluminum rods usually need to be annealed to eliminate internal stress. The annealing temperature is generally 360-400℃, and they are slowly cooled after being kept warm for 1-2 hours.
    3. Cold processing

    Cold processing includes cold drawing, cold rolling, cold bending and other processes, which are mainly used to improve the strength and dimensional accuracy of materials:

    • Cold drawing: The strength and hardness of aluminum rods can be further improved by cold drawing, which is suitable for manufacturing high-strength mechanical parts.

    4. Welding processing
