1.What are your prices?

Due to daily price fluctuations, the linked prices are for the convenience of customers placing orders and are not actual prices. Our prices are based on the quotes provided by our sales representatives.
2.Do you have a minimum order quantity?

For spot goods, there is no minimum order quantity. For special specifications, please consult the salesperson. The salesperson will reply to you based on the factory's review of the minimum order quantity.
3.Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Our company's products undergo strict quality inspection processes before shipment to ensure product quality. When shipping, a material certificate will be sent along with the goods. Please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt, and if there are any issues, please contact us promptly.
4.What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when
(1) we have received your deposit, and
(2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirementswith your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
