Good heat treatment effect: After heat treatment, it can achieve very high strength characteristics. Zinc is the main alloying element in 7075. Adding magnesium to alloys containing 3% -7.5% zinc can form MgZn2 with significant strengthening effect, making the heat treatment effect of this alloy much better than that of aluminum zinc binary alloys. Increasing the zinc and magnesium content in the alloy will further enhance its tensile strength, but its ability to resist stress corrosion and peel corrosion will decrease accordingly.
